I purchased Version 3.19 of Able Fax Tiff View and received a new license key; however, when the downloaded program was installed the old key was still showing up.?? I tried removing the old version and re-installing the new, but the old key was still there.?? Can you please tell me how I can update the program with the new key, so I can obtain the periodic updates??? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
You need to deactivate the program (to remove the old serial number)
and activate again with your new serial number.
Deactivation:
Start > All Programs > Able Fax Tif View > Activation (Deactivation)
